Depending on the volume of orders we receive, we kindly request our customers to be patient and allow up to 3-5 business days for us to get their orders ready for shipment. It's important to know that if you place your order on a business day before 14:00 CET, we'll process, pack, and ship it on the same day. 

However, if you place your order later in the day, on the weekend, or a bank holiday, we'll ship it on the next business day. (If you're outside the EU, please keep in mind any time differences and potential variations in bank holidays).

Also, during high demand, delivery may take longer than usual. Rest assured. We're working hard to get your order as quickly as possible.


Yes, we accept returns! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order you place with us. However, if something isn't quite as expected, we have a global 60-day return policy for our online store and our retail store. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all the tags and packaging intact.

If on the rare occasion, you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email our Customer Service Team at bienbespoke@gmail.com. In your email, kindly provide your order number, full name, and email address, and include photos of the item within 7 days of receiving your order. 

In the case of an incorrectly sent item, we will require you to return it to our warehouse, and we'll promptly arrange to ship you the correct item.

We want to inform you that our products do not have a lifetime warranty. Over time, normal wear and tear may occur based on how you care for and wash your items.
